ARPA-H Proposals

ARPA-H Proposal Certifications and Attestations

ARPA-H proposals require completion of the Administrative and National Policy Requirements (Policy Document), Appendix D certifications, Appendix H Security Attestation, and other sponsor-required disclosures and certifications. Emory RCRA conducts institutional research security and compliance reviews to support these requirements and to ensure proposal information is complete, accurate, and consistent with applicable federal, sponsor, and institutional expectations. Investigators are responsible for providing timely and accurate information regarding project personnel, collaborators, participating organizations, affiliations, and other required disclosures, and for promptly reporting any material changes that could affect institutional certifications or sponsor attestations.

Institutional Review and Approval

Important: Institutional review and approval are required before execution of ARPA-H certifications, Appendix D certifications, Appendix H Security Attestations, and other sponsor-required institutional certifications. Investigators should engage Research Compliance & Regulatory Affairs (RCRA) and the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) as early as possible to avoid potential submission delays and allow sufficient time for review of personnel, entities, affiliations, and other required disclosures.

Research Security Trainings for all personnel on project should be completed to avoid delays with proposal reviews and submissions.
