Research Compliance Investigations
Overview
RCRA is responsible for investigating all reported research compliance allegations (See RCRA Program Charter). RCRA will consult with the appropriate leadership of the academic or administrative unit involved and use all appropriate methods of factfinding to determine if a violation has occurred and the nature of the violation. RCRA may include relevant offices, committees, Schools, departments, or other units having subject matter expertise in the assessment and investigation process. RCRA is committed to conducting a thorough investigation and resolving the matter in an appropriate and timely manner.
