Reporting Concerns to ORIC

This form allows you to notify ORIC about a concern involving a research study at Emory.  The concerns could include any research noncompliance issue and harassment or discrimination matters (not limited to sexual harassment and racial discrimination) contributing to an unsafe or hostile work environment affecting a research study at Emory University or under Emory's oversight. Please note that this form will capture your email address.

If you are concerned about sharing your identity, you could also report this matter via the Emory Trust line to remain anonymous. If your study is funded by the NIH or NSF funds, you could report this matter to them directly but know that we are here for you to help resolve your concerns. 

If this matter also involves a Title IX or DEI issue, we will forward the information you provide to them per the current Emory policy, or you can report to the Emory DEI Office directly.
