Foreign Affiliation Disclosure
All individuals engaged in research are responsible for disclosing applicable external activities, affiliations, appointments, and sources of support, including international engagements and resources. Disclosure requirements under Policies 7.7 and 7.38 help identify and manage potential conflicts, ensure accurate sponsor reporting, and uphold research compliance standards
Not sure what needs to be disclosed? Use the International Disclosure Matrix (to the right) to determine when external activities, international affiliations, financial interests, and research support must be reported under Emory Policies 7.7 and 7.38.
International Travel
Faculty, staff, students, and other personnel traveling internationally for Emory-sponsored research or business activities should review Emory's foreign travel requirements and research security guidance prior to departure. Depending on the destination and nature of the activity, additional travel registration, risk assessment, or security measures may be required. Please visit this webpage for guidance and resources.
