Authorship Concerns
Our office assist Emory Schools in the review of authorship disputes per Emory Policy 7.30. If you have a question about authorship order, please review the information in the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors webpage, that clearly defines who should be an author and the responsibilities associated with it. Specifically, the guidance shows the difference between an author and someone who should be acknowledged. See this infographic for more information.
